Prices and order acceptance

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only after Ziloda confirms it. We may correct pricing errors or cancel and refund orders we cannot fulfill.

Personalization content

You must have the right to use all names, text, and images submitted for personalization. Do not submit copyrighted, trademarked, unlawful, hateful, or offensive content. Ziloda may reject or cancel orders containing prohibited content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziloda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
